Stuart is a senior physiotherapist with a unique combination of academic qualifications and experience, particularly as it relates to assisting people with persistent pain. He is Clinical Pilates trained (through DMA) and can offer athletes a unique approach to both rehab from injury/pain or performance enhancement.

Stuart’s background in high performance has seen him assist athletes from club level to elite to improve their sporting performance. He is an Accredited Level 3 Australian Athletics Performance Coach and has advanced knowledge in the application of strength & conditioning to improve sporting performance. This knowledge is combined with master’s level understanding in an array of High-Performance topics such as athlete testing, leadership and culture, performance nutrition and more.

The combination of skills as a senior physiotherapist and high performance director can be utilised to comprehensively move you from ‘pain to performance’.
